Corey Roberson, 38, was punched and kicked in the face by two men at the Shoppers store in Catonsville where he had been working for the past 16 years, the outlet says.

This was the third time Roberson was attacked at the workplace where he is known as a "gentle giant," his parents told the news outlet.

Police believe the assault was a case of mistaken identity and are still on the hunt for the alleged attackers.
